Number of passengers

The lower-priced itinerary must be live, publicly available, and bookable on the competitor’s website at the time you contact us. Availability will be verified by our customer service team.

To request a price match, contact us at info@tripcontrastfares.com within 24 hours of your booking and include:

Your Sapphire Fare booking reference number
Complete details of the lower-priced itinerary
Verifiable proof (exact URL or clear screenshots)

Claims that cannot be independently verified or include incomplete information may be denied.

Once eligibility is confirmed, you may choose to:

Receive a refund of the price difference, or
Cancel your booking for a full refund

The Price Match Promise does not apply to:

Membership-only pricing, corporate rates, or private discounts
Group, charter, consolidator, or bulk fares
Reward, loyalty, incentive, or promotional fares
Military, student, government, tour operator, or vacation package fares
“Web-only,” opaque, bidding, or auction-based tickets
Pricing errors or mistake fares
